Plans have been made. Routes laid out. Today is the day. I’m venturing out beyond the range of my car on one full charge. Wish me luck.
Today I really do feel ‘range anxiety’. This is ludicrous as there are many charging station on the route there and back.
That does not stop me from feeling it.

You’ll be fine! I am in a similar situation. I do most of my charging at home but have used public chargers about 10 times and haven’t had any problems. I even tried a Tesla charger last week (mine’s a non Tesla car) and it was very easy to- no app, just contactless debit card. Other users are generally helpful if you need to double check something but for my first charge I deliberately chose a quiet charger so I could take my time, read the instructions, etc. without feeling pressured.
