The first road test of the new camera and lens and I think the best thing to say is that it is really nice to be able once more to have access to a proper 24 mm lens to 105mm lens. ( I know that is factually incorrect as the new lens I am using is 16mm to 70mm – but the effect is still the same.)   The second thing is to have a rewarding clunk when the shutter is released (again this is is an effected added by Sony because the camera doesn’t have a shutter as such but the effect is so rewarding).   As for the images I’ll let you decide but I am quite pleased with them as well which actually is the soul point of the exercise.   Things are looking promising.
