Festival of Archaeology Preview Event
Saturday 22 June
Snibston
Join us for a special preview event to start the festival, featuring re-enactors, stalls with local groups who can tell you how to get involved in discoving the past and ‘Meet the Expert’ tours of the Treasure exhibition.
In the evening, renowned archaeologist Dr Kevin Leahy will give an illustrated lecture on Anglo-Saxon treasures – pre-booking essential.
