What a pleasure it always is when the first rose of the season opens. It always seem that summer has finally arrives, even though today is a little cooler than yesterday. Over the past year or so we’ve planted a fine collection of roses in the garden and this year they are all looking really good – so hopefully we should get a bumper show.
