One of the joys of seeing other people use their smart phones is to find out what apps they are using. Now I have been a real conservative when it comes to the adaption of a photo app only used the native camera app and Photoshop on my iPhone. However, in my own defence I’ve always enjoyed the simple joys of iPhoneography, that is making an image with the most basic of tools an enjoying the limitations that has introduced.
Well no more. I’ve decided to take the plunge and spend up to two of her majesties pounds on a couple of photo apps. These numbers are totally arbitrary and I have no doubt I wont keep to them but that is me. So the first app I’ve bought is Kitcam and first impressions are really good. I think I’ll spend sometime getting to use this app before seeing what else there is out there, but given my inbuilt conservatism when it comes to photo apps it may well be some time between this and the next app I buy, after all I’ve got to get my 69p worth out this app!
