Ronnie Woods – A journey back to the comfort zone

Over the past few weeks I have started a couple of new life drawing courses when I have been encouraged to try new things – all of which have been very interesting and challenging and perhaps one day I will look back on them as very important. However, just at the moment they have caused a bit of crises of confidence and so I have decided to move back into my comfort zone – with this portrait of Ronnie Woods. The funny thing is that as I look at this drawing I notice marks that have been clearly influenced by the work I have done in the classes – so perhaps my comfort zone is moving. As Spoke would have said….”..Fascinating….”
